The German company PIL Sensoren GmbH is an internationally recognized specialist for the development and production of ultrasonic distance sensors for use in the industrial automation as well as in monitoring and automotive applications.

A great number of special sensors, developed in co-operation with the customers, and the continuously growing product range underline the innovative force of the company.

Over the last years, it has thus been possible to integrate ultrasonic distance sensors with analogue and switching outputs into housings of photoelectric controls, thereby offering housings with a shape that is well known in the market.

Quality

PIL Sensoren GmbH is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. The introduced quality management system makes it possible, by documenting each single process step, both during the development and in the production, to make all operations retraceable. 

All products are released according to the UL standard and are continuously checked. The legal regulations for carrying the CE mark are met and checked by independent testing laboratories.

In 1990 the German company Pil Sensoren GmbH was founded. The management has a long experience from working in a multinational company. 

In the focus is the development, production and sales of ultrasonic distance sensors for technical industrial applications. The sensors of PIL were over two years exclusively sold as OEM products from the company, from which PIL developed.
