Teach-in: Easily explained
Video instructions for teach-in of our ultrasonic sensors
Our ultrasonic sensors can be supplied pre-set if desired. However, you can also choose to set the switching points yourself. During the so-called "Teach-in" procedure, the respective switch-on or switch-off points are determined. The process can be carried out in analog or digital way. In the case of digital execution, the hysteresis of the switching points can also be set. Our experts will be pleased to advise you on this.
The training last September at our premises in Erlensee (near Frankfurt) dealt with the basics of ultrasonic sensor technology, various application possibilities and industries as well as the functionality of PIL sensors. A practical hands-on training completed the theory and imparted comprehensive know-how about the use of our sensors, in particular about our new developments.
At this year's Sensor + Test in Nuremberg, around 540 exhibitors from 34 nations will present the entire spectrum of measurement system competence to you. Come to our stand and let our experts advise you on our latest developments in ultrasonic sensor technology.
Ultrasonic sensors offer many advantages for industrial applications: Your measuring method works contactless, wear-free, very accurately and is characterized by outstanding background suppression: Neither light, dust and fog, nor the color or composition of the measured object impair their measuring accuracy.
